Full Time Retail Outlet Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Berry’s Cake House Selangor - Maukerja

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 

At least with 3 years working experience in Manager level at the Bakery, Food & Beverage industry.

Candidate possesses at least a Diploma or above 

Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required.

Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.

Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.

Willing to travel & possess own transport.

Responsible for the profitability and performance of outlet.

Plan and work to budgets, maximize profit and achieve sales targets set by management

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

Overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedules, cashiering, food supplies, loss prevention, maintenance and administrative operations.

Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.

Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety, clean environment.

Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
