Full Time Senior Business Development Executive- BD Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in MKV ENGINEERING AND TRADING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are a local, established company with more than a decade of experience and are looking to expand our Business Development team. The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities into business across the built environment sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Facilities Management (FM) & M&E sector.

Monitor and respond to relevant tenders on GeBIZ and other private-sector tender /procurement platforms.

Carry out end-to-end tendering, from preparing tender submissions, including documentation, technical inputs, compliance reviews, site surveys, costings, and proposals, to attending tender briefings and interviews.

Ensure tender submissions are delivered on time and in accordance with internal governance and approval processes.

Track competitor activity, market pricing and industry developments in the Facilities Management and M&E Sector

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business/Facilities Management/Engineering/Building Services or related discipline.

At least 3 to 5 years in sales or bid management within the Facilities Management or Built Environment industry

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, and industry networks

Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines

Candidates with CFME accreditation are an advantage
