Responsibilities
Duty of Maid Agency Sales Personnel
Handle customer enquiries about maid hiring
Recommend suitable helpers based on employer needs
Explain hiring process, fees, MOM rules, and packages
Follow up with customers and close sales
Arrange interviews between employer and helper
Prepare simple documents and application forms
Coordinate with admin and operations team
Maintain good relationship with customers
Do after-sales follow up and customer support
Achieve monthly sales targets
Promote agency services through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Update customer records in system
