Full Time Customer Service Officer (Seafreight) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in KWE-KINTETSU WORLD EXPRESS (S) PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints relating to Seafreight.

• Coordinate, receive and process shipments from booking/arrival to delivery

• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary clearance/shipping documents

• Assist to manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors administratively and operationally.

• Checking of actual cost versus sell rate and ensure shipment is not under deficit.

• Entry records in our Freight system and ensure an accurate level of data quality.

• Shipment monitoring and filing/closure of shipping documents.

• Other necessary tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year of experience in customer service handling of customers’ accounts

• Good knowledge of shipping procedures

• Good command of English

• Computer literate

• Able to start work with short notice preferred
