No prior experience in cinema operations or customer service is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries efficiently, and resolving issues politely.

Proven teamwork skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth cinema operations during peak hours and events.

Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly address and rectify any operational challenges that may arise, such as technical difficulties or customer complaints.

Proficiency in cash handling procedures, including accurately processing ticket sales, concession purchases, and managing change.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with a diverse customer base and team members.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the cinema's schedule.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as ushering, ticket checking, and concession stand operation.
