About the Role

You will lead growth for the FIS Multi-Asset Funds Ecosystem across Southeast Asia. This consultative sales role connects investment managers and fund administrators with integrated solutions spanning public and private assets. You will engage senior stakeholders across investment, operations, finance and technology to address complex operating-model challenges. Success will be measured through qualified pipeline growth, revenue expansion, trusted client relationships and accurate forecasting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive new and expansion revenue for multi-asset fund solutions across Southeast Asia.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving investment managers, fund administrators and senior decision-makers.
• Position integrated front-to-back solutions for hybrid, semi-liquid, closed-end and unitised fund structures.
• Diagnose client needs across trading, portfolio management, accounting, investor services, data and reporting.
• Translate operating-model challenges into clear solution value, business outcomes and transformation priorities.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Partner with product, solution consulting and delivery teams to develop client-specific proposals.
• Communicate benefits including unified data, automated workflows, operational scale and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management records and provide reliable forecast visibility.
• Develop trusted relationships with operations, finance and technology leaders throughout the client lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated enterprise sales capability within financial technology, asset servicing or investment-management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of public and private markets, including mixed-asset and mixed-liquidity operating models.
• Understanding of investor onboarding, transfer agency, fund accounting, data management and reporting workflows.
• Ability to sell complex, multi-solution platforms through consultative discovery and value-based selling.
• Skill engaging senior operations, finance and technology stakeholders with credibility and commercial insight.
• Proven ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Strong pipeline management, account planning, forecasting and customer relationship management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, supported by disciplined discovery and presentation capabilities.
