Responsibilities

• Consult clients clearly on pre-planning after-life services to guide them through available options
• Educate clients on the benefits and importance of early after-life planning to enable informed decision-making
• Recommend tailored service packages based on clients’ specific needs and circumstances
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by providing consistent support and timely follow-up
• Conduct engaging online and offline appointments and sharing sessions to inform clients effectively
• Promptly follow up on leads to assist clients’ decision-making and convert interest into confirmed plans

• Communicate effectively and build trust with clients through strong interpersonal skills
