• At least 2–3 years in a Store Manager / Area Manager / District Manager capacity

• Proven experience managing multiple stores/outlets

• Strong track record in sales target & KPI achievement

• Experience managing and coaching Store Managers and retail teams

• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory, manpower planning and SOP

• Good commercial/business acumen with ability to analyse sales performance

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with frequent travel/store visits

• Drive sales and develop new business opportunities within the ICT/Telecom industry

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners

• Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations

• Conduct product/solution presentations and demonstrations

• Work closely with presales, technical teams and business partners to support projects

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets

• Prepare regular sales performance and sales forecast reports

• Provide strong after-sales support to customers
