Role Description The Senior Manager Finance Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This role oversees the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining effective internal controls. The Senior Manager Finance Operations leads and mentors the finance team, coordinates budgeting and forecasting activities, and supports strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights. The role also involves optimizing finance processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and collaborating with operational and project teams to improve overall financial performance. The successful candidate will be expected to drive operational efficiency within the finance function and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, with experience overseeing finance processes and teams.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support strategic decisions.
• Solid Finance expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Professional Accounting skills, with hands-on experience in general ledger management and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in property development or real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
