Join Portcullis as a Transfer Agency Executive
Portcullis is one of Asia’s largest independent provider of Trust, Fund, and Family Office services, with over 40 years of experience supporting high net worth individuals, family offices, and investment professionals across regulated jurisdictions.

We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a
Transfer Agency Executive.
In this role, your
main responsibilities
will be:
Review and verify trade instructions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.
Review information for FATCA and CRS.
Liaise with investors and investment managers.
Attend to and ensure timely responses to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.
Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Polytechnic or University degree holder.
Fresh Graduate with a positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence are welcome to apply.
