Responsibilities
We are seeking long-term part-timers (min 3 mths) who are keen to work in our client's luxury beauty boutique stores (central area).
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet and assist customers with personalized beauty consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics products.
- Drive sales by demonstrating product benefits and application techniques.
Brand Representation
- Uphold luxury brand image with professional grooming and service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions.
Store Operations
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and displays are visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to retail guidelines.
‼️Requirements:‼️
️ Must have prior beauty retail or customer service experience in a luxury boutique store (training provided)
️ Passionate about beauty, skincare, and fragrance
️ Strong customer service and sales skills
️ Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset
️ Responsible, independent, and willing to learn
️ Can work rotating AM/PM shift from 10am to 10pm (9 hrs shift incl. 1 hr unpaid break), including weekends and PH
‼️This role requires immediate starters and must commit min. 3 mths‼️
