Full Time Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in AIRCOOL AIRCON PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and technically competent M&E Engineer to oversee mechanical and electrical engineering works, project coordination, site supervision and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and Singapore regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily M&E engineering works at project sites.

2. Oversee air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) installation, servicing, maintenance and repair works.

3. Prepare project schedules, work plans, material requirements and technical documentation.

4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

6. Conduct site inspections and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.

8. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, inspection reports and progress reports where required.

9. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and project costs.

10. Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems.

11. Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management and clients.

12. Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM, WSH and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant M&E engineering experience preferred.

3. Experience in ACMV, air-conditioning installation and maintenance will be an advantage.

4. Good knowledge of M&E systems, technical drawings and engineering specifications.

5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

6. Good project coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.

7. Able to manage site activities and coordinate with different project teams.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.

10. Familiarity with Singapore safety regulations and construction requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant engineering certifications.

• Experience in commercial, industrial or residential M&E projects.

• Knowledge of Singapore building and construction industry requirements.

• Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
