Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar customer-facing sales role, preferably within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations.

Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building customer loyalty.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge.

Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia / Chinese to cater to a diverse customer base.

Familiarity with smartphone features, operating systems, and current market trends.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.

Engage with customers in the store to understand their needs and recommend suitable smartphone products and services, leveraging product knowledge and sales techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business and brand loyalty.

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively promoting new products, special offers, and value-added services.

Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area, ensuring all products are accurately priced and readily available for customer inspection.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by following up on inquiries, providing post-sale support, and inviting them to future promotions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest smartphone technology, market trends, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
