Job Scope

• Serve as the company’s appointed pharmacist and maintain the Form A Poison Licence.

• Manage regulatory affairs for IVD and pharmaceutical products across ASEAN markets, including product registrations, submissions and local compliance.

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical formulation industries.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Liaise with manufacturers, principals, customers and internal teams to address enquiries and resolve issues.

• Monitor customer orders and coordinate timely fulfilment to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and analyse monthly sales reports for assigned product portfolios.

• Oversee pharmacovigilance activities, including adverse event reporting and product safety monitoring.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates and market developments to identify business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy.

• Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Board.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or laboratory setting.
