Looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in administration and digital learning? Join a team supporting learning initiatives, content management and workshop coordination while gaining valuable experience in administrative operations, stakeholder communication and team support!

Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3,200/month (commensurate with experience)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto the Learning Management System (LEARN).
• Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure learning content is accurate and functions properly.
• Assist with troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues in collaboration with the technical team.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
• Support the planning, preparation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• Good administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous with the ability to perform quality checks and manage content accurately.
• Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and support day-to-day operations.
