Job Description
- Process and administer monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and validate payroll data
- Support payroll-related statutory reporting including CPF, IR8A, IR21 and related submissions
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders on payroll tax matters
- Assist with expatriate and assignee payroll administration
- Support payroll reconciliations and payroll-related reporting
- Process payroll-related payments and accounts payable transactions
- Review employee claims and reimbursements
- Prepare reconciliations and investigate outstanding items
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with journal entries and audit schedules
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and operational support as required
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- At least 4 years experience in payroll function
- Familiarity with CPF administration and Singapore payroll practices
- Exposure to payroll tax compliance, IR8A, IR21 or statutory reporting will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders professionally
