Full Time Architectural Project Coordinator [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator to support project execution through BIM drawing production, technical coordination and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and maintain architectural BIM drawings using Revit.

• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve architectural technical issues.

• Ensure drawing submissions and site progress meet project schedules.

• Maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

• Monitor architectural site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality and EHS standards.

• Coordinate inspections and project handover to achieve customer satisfaction and good CONQUAS / QM scores.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
