Full Time ACMV Project Manager-Senior Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 9,000 in QUEST TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD - Maukerja

Roles & Responsibilities

• Head a team of project executives and engineers and oversee the management of all projects acquired by the company
• Implement and provide direction in project planning and execution
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, sub-cons, consultants etc on requirements and contractual agreements
• Review reports, resolve problems and issues
• Ensure overall project progress based on schedule and within budget constraints
• Ensure adherence to all EHS, WSH safety standards
• Manage contractors and team members and dedicate responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma or Degree welcome
• At least 5 years project experience in ACMV/HVAC a must
• Able to manage team of engineers and sub-contractors
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized
• Singaporeans or PRs only
• Experience in Cleanroom industry required
• Analytical mind, great organizational skill and time management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A good team player with leadership abilities
