Full Time Industrial Business Developer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in GIP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The candidate will assess where the Company's products fit best geographically, especially within its core Sign & Display market. He/She will also explore how to go to market through partners, build industry relationships, and look for opportunities beyond the current market. Based on these insights, the candidate will turn ideas into clear, practical actions to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of target industrial customer segments
• Evaluate the size, growth potential, profitability, and competitive intensity of relevant markets
• Develop an optimized go-to-market approach, including channel mix, pricing and commercial models, lead generation priorities, marketing investments, trade show participation, and strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate market penetration
• Assess the effectiveness of existing dealer and distributor networks and determine where they can be leveraged for growth
• Explore opportunities for recurring and value-based revenue models, including leasing or subscription-based support services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, business development, product marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing technology, automation, capital equipment, or related B2B industries.
• Knowledge of channel strategy, partner ecosystem development, and distribution management.
• Customer-centric and market-driven approach.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented.
