Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Salary: Basic salary up to $3,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm
Location: West Region, near Boon Lay MRT (Two-way company transport from Jurong East MRT)
Job Description:
Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and forecast cargo, container, material and inventory movements to support operational planning.
Coordinate with customers, internal departments, vendors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain shipping, tracking and inventory records, and prepare regular operational reports.
Handle monthly customer billing, invoice submissions and billing enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely payment arrangements.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping documentation or billing within a third-party logistics (3PL) company.
Proficient in TradeNet.
