Full Time AP Executive (Accounts Payable) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in BRIGHTSTAR COMPUTER SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

About the role:

We are looking for an AP Executive to handle supplier invoices, PO/GRN matching and statement reconciliation.

Job location:

• Brightstar HQ, Block D, Medan Connaught, Jalan 3/144A, Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur
• Nearest station: Taman Connaught MRT (Kajang Line)
• Working days: Monday–Friday (9:30am–6:30pm or 10:00am–7:00pm), Saturday half day

Key responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and match against POs and GRNs
• Reconcile supplier statements of account
• Prepare payment schedules and follow up on approvals
• Maintain accurate AP records in the accounting system
• Assist in month-end closing

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related field
• minimum2 years of AP experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Good Excel and accounting system skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up
• Familiar with LHDN e-Invoice is an advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
