HIRING: IT SUPPORT / IT EXECUTIVE
Basic Salary: RM3,000
Location: Setia Alam
JOB SCOPE
Manage and maintain company PCs and computer equipment
Troubleshoot PC, hardware and software issues
Handle technical issues during Shopee / TikTok Live sessions
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure everything runs smoothly
Provide daily IT support to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge
- Able to solve PC, software and system issues
- Able to handle live-streaming technical problems
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge are welcome
