Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Project Manager - Applications / RPA

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring service stability and optimal performance across the operational environment
• Provide oversight of vendor-led incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service expectations, including validating root cause analyses and resolution proposals from vendors
• Coordinate releases and deployments with technical teams and vendors, managing delivery dependencies, timelines, and environment management in collaboration with application and infrastructure vendors.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to review, validate, and confirm business and technical requirements, managing delivery dependencies and ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints
• Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with stakeholders, and understand their requirements.
• Manage project budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting on expenditure to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters
• Support contract management activities and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels
• Deliver enhancements and small projects within a live operational environment, maintaining clear documentation for delivery decisions, risks, and changes
• Challenge and validate vendor technical solutions to ensure compliance with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints
• Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory and governance standards, collaborating with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a relevant with minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology project delivery, RPA, automation or application operations
• Ability to understand and review automation workflows, investigate failures, troubleshoot issues and assess proposed technical solutions.
• Ability to independently review and challenge vendor automation designs, root cause analyses and proposed fixes
• Experience managing technology projects or automation initiatives involving business users, technical teams and external vendors
• Good understanding of RPA and automation development and operational best practices, including process assessment, solution design, exception handling, logging, monitoring, credential management, testing, deployment and production support
