Responsibilities
Deliver a professional and personalized reception experience, ensuring all guests and VIP visitors receive a warm welcome and attentive assistance.
Coordinate VIP guest arrivals, departures, and meeting arrangements while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and service.
Manage daily front desk operations, including telephone calls, email correspondence, visitor registration, and access coordination.
Arrange meeting room reservations, refreshments, and hospitality services according to business requirements.
Liaise with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to coordinate executive visits, guest requests, and meeting arrangements.
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and guest facilities in a clean, organized, and presentable condition consistent with corporate standards.
