Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Daily Operations

• Oversee day-to-day site execution, workforce deployment, and subcontractor activities.

• Conduct daily morning tool-box meetings and briefings on safety procedures and work scopes.

• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and machinery logistics on site.

• Track daily progress against baseline schedules and report operational delays to the Project Engineer/Manager.

2. Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance

• Enforce strict compliance with local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and environmental regulations.

• Identify site hazards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.

• Maintain site hygiene, vector control protocols, and safe housekeeping practices across all work zones.

• Implement temporary work safety measures, including perimeter hoarding, scaffolding inspections, and fall protection
