Full Time Account Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Power Ram Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficient in UBS Accounting Software is required.

Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

Responsible, trustworthy, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Perform accounting data entry and maintain records using UBS Accounting Software.

Assist in monthly and year-end account closing.

Prepare financial reports and assist with audit and tax documentation.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, bankers, and internal departments.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
