Kelayakan

Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers with professionalism and empathy.
Able to work rotating shifts according to schedule.

Tanggungjawab

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to credit card services, including transactions, statements, card features, and account issues.
Provide support on additional banking or financial products as assigned.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Adhere to all internal service standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
