Full Time Customs Clearance Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in S.F. Express Corporation Selangor - Maukerja

Good English and Mandarin communication skills.

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, trading, or customs operations. Team management experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of import/export customs procedures and documentation.

Strong sense of responsibility, execution, communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Willing to work shifts, including night shifts.

Review Europe import/export shipping documents, check accuracy and completeness, and prepare customs declaration documents.

Monitor customs clearance status for sea shipments, follow up on required documents, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve inspections, shipment holds, declaration issues, and clearance delays.

Check customs duties and taxes, update the system, and send tax notices and documents to customers.

Test and improve business systems, train team members, and improve work efficiency and accuracy.

Arrange work schedules and shifts, monitor work quality, handle issues, and train team members.

Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
