The Opportunity:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Senior Events & Marketing Executive to manage our consumer events and selected marketing initiatives.

You'll oversee the full event journey - from planning and budgeting to vendors, manpower, logistics, on-site execution and post-event review. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting things done, solving problems and seeing a project come to life.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Plan and manage events, roadshows, retail activations and partnerships from start to finish
• Develop event concepts, objectives, promotions and activation mechanics
• Evaluate event locations and opportunities based on brand and business needs
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, stock, fixtures and event materials
• Coordinate and manage promoters, temporary manpower and interns
• Work with Marketing and Creative teams on POSM, GWP, sampling materials and event communications
• Manage on-site execution and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
• Track event sales, budgets, ROI and key performance indicators
• Gather consumer feedback, promoter insights and market observations
• Monitor competitor activities and identify relevant trends or opportunities
• Prepare post-event reports and recommend improvements for future activations
• Support other marketing and brand initiatives where required

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in events, brand activations, experiential marketing, retail marketing or related roles
• ITE (Nitec/Higher Nitec), Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management or a related field; candidates with strong relevant experience are also welcome to apply
• Experience managing consumer events, roadshows, retail activations or similar projects from planning through execution
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders
• Comfortable managing vendors, promoters, suppliers and other external partners
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with event budgets, sales performance and basic ROI
• Resourceful, hands-on and able to solve problems independently, especially during on-ground execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing and able to work outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, as this is an essential part of the role when events and activations are scheduled
