Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team to achieve sales targets.

• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team.

• Conduct professional customer consultations and recommend suitable services, treatment packages and retail products.

• Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.

• Coach Hair Stylists, Beauticians and Manicurists to improve sales and service standards.

• Monitor daily sales, KPIs and outlet performance, and implement improvement plans.

• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Handle customer feedback professionally.

• Work closely with Management on sales strategies and promotions.

• Prepare sales reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Relevant sales and leadership experience is preferred.

• Experience in the beauty, wellness, retail or service industry is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with a proven sales track record are welcome to apply.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-driven, responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
