Full Time Certified Safety Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Xunfa Tech Selangor - Maukerja

• Must possess either a valid SHO (Green Book) or SSS (Yellow Book) qualification recognised/registered with JKKP / DOSH, as applicable.
• Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin. Mandarin is not compulsory.
• Candidates with experience in construction, data centre, industrial, or large-scale engineering projects are preferred.
• Experience in Site Safety Inspection.
• Familiar with HIRARC / Risk Assessment.
• Experience conducting Toolbox Meetings and Safety Inductions.
• Familiar with Incident / Near Miss Investigation.
• Knowledge of Safety Documentation and DOSH / JKKP Compliance.
• Experience in Contractor & Subcontractor Safety Management.
• Candidates with experience in fire protection systems and piping construction are preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

1. SHO (Green Book) – Safety & Health Officer

• Manage the overall Occupational Safety & Health requirements of the project.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH / JKKP requirements and applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and safety audits.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety training, Safety Inductions, and Toolbox Meetings.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with management, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety-related matters.
• Monitor and improve overall project safety management and practices.

2. SSS (Yellow Book) – Site Safety Supervisor

• Monitor daily safety activities and safe work practices at the construction site.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure construction safety measures and site safety requirements are properly implemented.
• Supervise workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings and assist with Safety Inductions.
• Report unsafe conditions, unsafe practices, incidents, and near misses.
• Follow up on safety issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist the project team in maintaining and implementing site safety requirements.
