Requirements
Manage sea import shipment files, documentation, and system updates.
Monitor vessel arrivals, verify import documents, and arrange permits.
Coordinate customs clearance, cargo release, and payment requests.
Arrange transportation and delivery, ensuring timely shipment completion.
Follow up on delays, shipment deadlines, and outstanding issues.
Liaise with customers, agents, transport providers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in sea import operations or freight forwarding.
Knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance, cargo release, and delivery processes.
Familiarity with Incoterms and shipment handling.
Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments independently.
Customs declaration experience is an advantage.
