Manage day to day operation and report to manager
Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Assign tasks to workers and monitor work progress to meet production schedules.
Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
Monitor the use of raw materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage.
Ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Coordinate with management on production planning, manpower allocation, and delivery schedules.
Train and guide workers to improve productivity and workmanship.
Inspect finished products and arrange for rectification of defects when necessary.
Maintain production records and report daily work progress to management.
