Responsibilities
Support and implement Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QESH) initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups.
Maintain and improve ISO management systems, coordinate internal/external audits and ensure compliance with relevant certifications.
Oversee environmental compliance activities, including waste management, hazardous substances and sustainability initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to promote workplace safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
Maintain QESH documentation, regulatory permits, compliance reports and employee training programmes.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS / QESH experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries.
SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
