Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the beauty centre to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
2. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives.
4. Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
6. Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
7. Monitor business performance, operating expenses, and revenue to achieve business targets.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory of beauty products, equipment, and supplies.
9. Develop promotional activities and customer retention strategies to support business growth.
10. Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
