Job Title: Beautician / Beauty Care Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Beautician / Beauty Care Specialist to provide beauty, skincare, and personal care services in a TCM clinic or massage centre in Singapore. The successful candidate will perform beauty treatments, assist customers with suitable skincare services, and maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide facial treatments, skincare services, cleansing, exfoliation, and other beauty care treatments.

• Perform beauty and personal care services according to the centre's service offerings and established procedures.

• Conduct basic skin assessments and recommend suitable beauty treatments and skincare products.

• Assist customers with beauty and wellness enquiries and provide appropriate post-treatment care advice.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.

• Ensure customers' comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout each treatment session.

• Assist with customer appointments, service records, and daily operations of the centre.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and quality customer service.

• Comply with workplace hygiene, safety, and applicable Singapore regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in beauty therapy, skincare, or personal care services.

• Knowledge of facial treatments, skincare products, and beauty care techniques.

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, responsible, and hardworking.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Physically fit and able to perform beauty treatments for extended periods.

• Willing to learn new techniques and undergo relevant training.
