In a Nutshell:

We are searching for talents who will play an integral role in our AI and Automation team. Our AI intern will help build, test and roll out AI tools and automated workflows that help our teams work faster, from finance and HR to client servicing and social.

What you'll do:

1. Build and improve AI-powered tools and automations.

(a) Mapping manual processes with internal teams and turning them into automated workflows

(b) Writing and refining prompts, instructions and knowledge files for AI assistants

(c) Helping build and update simple internal web apps and dashboards

2. Testing, quality control and rollout.

(a) Testing new features and fixes before launch, and logging issues clearly

(b) Writing user guides and short walkthroughs for colleagues

(c) Supporting onboarding, access setup and day-to-day questions after launch

3. Data and reporting.

(a) Preparing and cleaning data for reports and AI workflows

(b) Helping automate recurring client and internal reports, such as social listening and performance reports

4. Research and experimentation.

(a) Trying out new AI tools and models, and sharing what works with the team

(b) Researching options for upcoming initiatives

(c) Participating in team syncs and project kick-off meetings

What you'll need:

1. Fresh grads or final year students in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field. Candidates from other backgrounds with strong hands-on AI projects are welcome.
2. Hands-on experience using AI assistants and models for real tasks.
3. Basic coding or scripting skills (for example, Python or JavaScript), or experience with no-code automation tools.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and comfortable testing things and explaining clearly what broke.
5. Team player with effective communication skills, able to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.
6. Ability to adapt to fast paced environments where requirements don't always stay the same.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Passion to explore tools and experiment with new solutions.
