Job Summary

Provide engineering and design support for building management systems, execute PLC/DDC programming for automation, and manage technical communications to ensure project success and system optimization.

Responsibilities

Provide project-specific engineering and design support to meet client requirements

Analyze technical queries related to building management systems and plan project schedules for effective execution

Develop and implement PLC/DDC programming for chiller plant control automation with advanced optimization features, including AHU, FCU, and other M&E equipment controls

Advise on technical installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and manage system applications, drafting, database generation, and commissioning

Write control strategies, perform auto-tests, and prepare T&C reports, user manuals, and project documentation

Engage in technical discussions with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and align project goals

Utilize Microsoft Office and computer networking skills to support system setup and maintenance

Demonstrate independent task management, results orientation, and effective communication within a team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possess educational qualifications such as ITE, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Automation and Control, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

Experience or knowledge in HVAC, SCADA, PLC, and HMI within Building Management Systems, Power Quality Management Systems, or Energy Management Systems

Familiarity with electrical systems and setting up new PCs or virtual machines
