Full Time Accountant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in GSD SOUTHLAND SDN BHD Sarawak - Maukerja

• Financial Governance & Reporting: To ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax obligations in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Treasury Management: To provide financial insights, cash flow monitoring, and budgetary analysis that support effective management decision-making and sustainable company growth.
• Financial Governance & Reporting: Prepare management reports, cash flow variance analysis, 3-month forecasts, yearly budgeted P&L, cash flow and group loan schedule reports; review and verify audited and monthly management accounts.
• Financial Governance & Reporting: Present P&L reports and financial updates to the board and liaise with external auditors, bankers, and tax agents to support organizational and project needs.
• Financial Governance & Reporting: Cash handling on behalf of management, ensuring proper authorization and accurate recording.
• Treasury Management: Manage cash flow daily/weekly, verify HDA withdrawals, and optimize bank arrangements to ensure sufficient liquidity and effective banking relationships.
• AP / AR Oversight: Approve AR invoices, notes, and billings; review e-invoice processing; verify AP payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and aging summaries for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit, Compliance, Taxation: Calculate company tax revisions, coordinate yearly audits, and review tax revisions, dormant accounts, and IRB audit documents for statutory compliance.
• Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and motivation to the team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and submission timelines as well as ensuring Strategic HR Management is carried out as required.
• Perform all other duties as directed from time to time by the Management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
