Position: Front of House | Service Crew

Blue Dahlia, Section 17, Petaling Jaya

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage customer flow.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Share menu recommendations and help guests discover our offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with people.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Attentive to details and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
• Able to stay organised and composed during busy hours.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team.
• Previous F&B experience is a bonus, but a great attitude matters more!
