Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail Sales Operations positions. This includes job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and facilitate decision-making. 
• Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
• Ensure effective recruitment advertisements and post on various channels, including job boards, social media, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Administer and ensure hiring lead time/service Level Agreement (SLA) as per the company’s requirements and standards.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment progress reports, including budget utilization, hiring lead times, and the number of hires for actionable improvements.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Have experience in monitoring recruitment reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years related experience.
• Good knowledge in Human Resources Management.
• Pleasant personality, approachable disposition and understanding of HR confidentiality at all times with personal integrity.
• Eager to learn, passionate about recruitment, and proactive in taking initiative to continuously improve skills and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Good communicator and able to interact with all levels in the organization.
• Willing to travel & working in Bukit Raja, Klang.
