Overview
KLARIS Precision Health Research Clinic is a cardiometabolic precision health research centre anchored at TTSH. Leveraging genomics, biomarkers, and digital health technologies, KLARIS advances personalised care and translational research for Singapore's multi-ethnic population. The clinic collaborates closely with clinicians, researchers, bioengineers, and digital health experts to shape the future of precision medicine.
As the Business Development Manager, you will drive KLARIS' marketing, communications and partnership strategy, helping to position the clinic as a leading precision health centre locally and internationally. You will build and strengthen relationships across healthcare, academic, industry and community stakeholders, while supporting business growth opportunities that advance the clinic's research, clinical and sustainability objectives.

Responsibilities / What You will Do:
- Develop and implement marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance KLARIS' visibility and impact.
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare institutions, academic organisations, industry partners and community stakeholders.
- Support the development of KLARIS' brand identity and value proposition across various stakeholder groups.
- Develop and manage communication materials, digital content and outreach initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic collaborations, partnerships and business growth.
- Engage healthcare professionals, corporate organisations and other partners to strengthen networks and outreach efforts.
- Support donor engagement activities, sponsorship initiatives and stakeholder events.
- Represent KLARIS at conferences, forums and networking events to foster partnerships and enhance organisational visibility.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends in healthcare, precision medicine and digital health to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to KLARIS' long-term growth and sustainability.
Requirements / What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, marketing or communications
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Interest in healthcare innovation, precision medicine and research
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, biomedical sciences, research, innovation, donor engagement, digital marketing or familiarity with Singapore's healthcare ecosystem will be an added advantage
