Internship Web Support - Development Intern jobs in Orangesoft Selangor - Maukerja

What you'll do

• Maintain and update client websites built on WordPress, Kentico and Magento
• Handle support tickets: troubleshoot basic website issues and minor bugs, and escalate when needed
• Update website content and help build small feature enhancements
• Edit and optimise images and graphics for the web (Photoshop skills are a bonus)
• Help improve website speed, SEO and usability
• Help with routine checks such as plugin updates, backups, and SSL and domain renewals
• Work with the team to prioritise tasks and resolve issues on time

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree student in IT, Computer Science, Web Development or a related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce) is an advantage; any Kentico, Magento or Drupal exposure is a plus
• Basic Photoshop or graphic editing skills are a plus
• Good problem-solving, communication and time-management skills
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

About the role
As a Web Support & Development Intern, you'll help maintain and update the client websites we manage. Most of your time will go to day-to-day website support: content updates, fixing small issues and keeping sites running smoothly. Along the way you'll learn hands-on development work alongside our developers. Design and Photoshop skills are a bonus, but a willingness to learn matters most.
