Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
Min 1- 2 years of experience in operation coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
Responsible, organised and able to work independently
Responsibilities
Arrange machine delivery, exchange, collection and off-hire
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate repair works
Manage spare parts request and issue parts to mechanics
Handle machine damage inspections, documentation and claims
Update daily operational data and prepare monthly reports
