Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to meet safety and sanitation requirements

Manage food preparation and kitchen operations to support efficient service delivery

Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients to maintain adequate supplies

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to uphold health standards

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate kitchen tasks and maintain workflow

Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience to perform core kitchen duties

Experience in specific cuisine preferred to enhance menu authenticity and quality
