• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of working experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant dental assisting experience are highly encouraged to apply.

• Good knowledge of dental instruments, chairside assisting, sterilisation and infection control procedures.

• Service-oriented, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about providing quality patient care and interested in the dental/healthcare industry.

• Able to work on shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays when required.

• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Patient Consultation & Clinic Introduction
  Introduce patients to the dental clinic, services, treatment processes, and dentists’ backgrounds. Understand patients’ needs and concerns, and arrange appropriate appointments for further consultation and treatment.

• Patient Education & Treatment Recommendation
  Provide professional and comprehensive oral health education to patients and recommend suitable treatment options based on their individual needs.

• Treatment Quotation & Product Recommendation
  Prepare and present treatment quotations based on the treatment plan prescribed by the dentist, and recommend relevant dental products or services where appropriate.

• Marketing Activities & Patient Engagement
  Support and participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Follow up with campaign participants and arrange clinic visits, consultations, and appointments.

• Patient Relationship Management
  Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through regular follow-ups, addressing their concerns, and providing a positive patient experience throughout their treatment journey.

• Follow-up & Treatment Conversion
  Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatments, answer their questions, address concerns, and assist patients in making informed decisions to proceed with their treatment.

• Team Collaboration
  Work closely with dentists, dental nurses, receptionists, and the management team to ensure smooth communication, efficient patient coordination, and excellent patient service.
