Job Description
Responsibilities
Deliver responsive and professional customer service by addressing enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information and practical solutions.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and reliable service.
Manage customer feedback and complaints, coordinate appropriate resolutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep customer records and shipment information accurate and up to date in the company system.
Work closely with internal teams, overseas counterparts and external partners to address customer needs efficiently.
Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses and transport service providers.
Support shipment documentation, manifest preparation, invoicing and operational cost recording.
Follow established company procedures and applicable operational requirements.
Undertake other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by Management.
