- Support the configuration, customization, and maintenance of their Salesforce environments within a Financial Services context
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Support integration between systems through API-based methods under the supervision of senior developers
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
A Successful Salesforce Developer, Investor Applications Should Have
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration experience, particularly within Sales Cloud
- Experience working with application systems in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of system testing and validation processes.
