Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Consultant – People Systems

Experience: 8+ Years HRIS, including 5+ Years Workday

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration, implementation, and global HR systems transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Core HCM configuration, enhancements, and system optimisation.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Drive M&A-related HR system integration, data mapping, and process harmonisation.
• Manage Workday security, reporting, EIB, integrations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of HRIS / People Systems experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Led at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations or major transformations.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM configuration and architecture.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 additional modules: Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Peakon, or Journeys.
• Experience with global HR systems, integrations, data mapping, and stakeholder management.
