Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to support merchants in gathering and completing the required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
• Review and verify merchant documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements prior to submission to the Compliance team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants regarding documentation-related enquiries and provide timely support and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance and Finance teams, to facilitate a smooth and efficient merchant onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies and related operational issues promptly.
• Prepare merchant-related reports, operational updates, and administrative documentation as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day merchant management activities.
• Manage merchant leasing contract renewals and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in merchant operations, customer service, sales support, administration, banking operations, leasing administration, or compliance support is preferred.
